JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of the role is to prepare food items in allocated section to the standards recipes, providing a highly efficient and effective service whilst ensuring guest satisfaction is consistent with the agreed standards.


MAIN DUTIES:

  • Ensure food products align with recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
  • Maintain sufficient mise en place levels, minimizing waste for smooth service.
  • Control the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste of all food products.
  • Take an interest in learning other kitchen sections to support team flexibility.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
