Join our team for the summer season 2025, please note this position is a seasonal contract (CDD).

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Saint-Tropez, set to open in 2025. Our luxurious venue will embody the dynamic energy and sophistication that this iconic destination is known for. Featuring elegant outdoor dining, Zuma Saint-Tropez will be the ultimate dinning destination in the region.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrate versatility and expertise across all kitchen sections, ensuring efficient use of team members and smooth transitions between areas
  • Ensure every section is fully prepared for each meal period, maintaining Zuma’s signature flair, creativity, and commitment to quality
  • Monitor the quality of dishes during preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate
  • Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring proper food storage, handling, and cleanliness across the kitchen
  • Oversee food ordering, receiving, and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and manage costs
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and productivity, while working closely with Front of House to ensure seamless service
