As a Floor Assistant at Zuma Sain Tropez, you’ll play an essential role in the smooth execution of daily service, ensuring our restaurant operates at the highest standards. You will support both Front of House and Back of House operations with precision, efficiency, and a proactive attitude, helping to create exceptional dining experiences for every guest.

Main duties

Your key responsibilities will include

• Ensure all areas of the restaurant are fully prepared before service, including setup of sections, equipment, and guest spaces
• Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests, using correct announcements and maintaining a professional presence at all times
• Maintain cleanliness across the restaurant and service areas, strictly following health, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure day to day set up of sections and equipment is maintained to the highest standards
