Our Ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting daily bar operations and working closely with the Bar Manager and FOH team to uphold Zuma’s cocktail standards, maintain product consistency, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong mixology knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach to bar service and support.  This role will also support the inventory process.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare beverages with precision and consistency, ensuring all cocktails reflect Zuma’s DNA and quality standards
• Help maintain bar inventory, including checking stock levels, tracking usage, and communicating replenishment needs
• Confirm receipt of liquor deliveries and help complete bar opening and closing procedures 
• Work alongside the Bar Manager to organize training sessions and provide day-to-day support for the team 
• Contribute ideas and assist with the creation and testing of new cocktails and seasonal menus 
• Keep the bar fully stocked, organized, and ready for service at all times 
• Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring high-quality bar experience

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
