Join Zuma Vail as our Assistant General Manager. Zuma Vail is opening soon, bringing our world-renowned contemporary Japanese dining experience to the heart of the mountains. We’re now hiring passionate, energetic professionals to join our opening team.                           

 

Our Ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensures the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead and support the management team, drive financial performance, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.


Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality, quality, and efficiency
  • Lead, train, and develop the management team and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient operations
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
