How You’ll Impact
The Team Member plays a key role in NAYA's restaurant operations, trained to work across all stations, from preparation to guest service. Team Members provide outstanding guest service while ensuring restaurant standards of cleanliness, organization, and of the highest quality.
Responsibilities include preparing food, serving guests, cooking, and cleaning the restaurant. Team Members collaborate to prepare menu items and maintain a smooth, efficient service experience.

Who You Are
Experience as a restaurant team member in a similar concept is preferred
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and bend, stoop, stand, and walk extensively for 8–10 hours a day.
Friendly, positive, and helpful attitude at all times, bringing warmth and hospitality to every guest and teammate interaction.
Strong communication skills, able to convey information clearly, listen actively, and respond with care.
Polished personal presentation; grooming meets NAYA standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules as needed by the business.
Adherence to company, state, and county sanitation standards, ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.
Demonstrates teamwork by supporting the team during busy periods, sharing knowledge, and celebrating team wins.
