Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment age-restrictions

• Participate in creating an environment of Teamwork and Excitement

• Maintain Quality Standards with Consistency

• Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation

• Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment

Key Competencies:

• Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge

• Desire to improve self and skill sets

• Able to communicate effectively with Guests, as well as Team Members, and have an awesome personality

• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer

Physical Demands:

• Capability to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces

• Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting

• Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
