1587 Prime is a brand new, immersive and upscale dining experience created by Noble 33 in partnership with Champions and global superstars, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. The modern American steakhouse will be affiliated with the iconic Loews Hotel Kansas City, welcoming guests to indulge in an unparalleled culinary journey spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across two floors. The restaurant will boast multiple private dining rooms, a world-class chef’s kitchen, and a meat display. 


Noble 33 is a hospitality and lifestyle company with an ever-evolving lineup of unique, social dining restaurants stateside and abroad, Noble 33 leads the management and continued expansion of iconic brands Toca Madera and Casa Madera, while also developing brand new concepts that will further expand the boundaries of high-energy fine-dining. Future targets for new locations include West Hollywood, Toronto, Las Vegas, Chicago, Miami, New York, and Dubai. 

Our elevated dining concept is for an experienced Bartender who is familiar with a wide variety of craft cocktails  and is capable of delivering excellent  customer service. The Bartender will be responsible for keeping the drinks flowing, the guests satisfied and the business running smoothly. In order to do this the Bartending will serve patrons at the bar while  fulfilling drink orders for the dining room, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar, and maintaining alcohol and beverage control and proper inventory levels. 

Outcomes

Day to Day 

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
  • Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
  • Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
  • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
  • Responsibility of liquor room; Cleanliness and organization  
  • Assisting staff in constant growth and learning by The Madera Group’s standards 
  • Assisting in continuous growth of knowledge and hospitality for all bar staff  
  • Trainings for any new hires 
  • Liaison between Bar and servers, bussers and runners 
  • Correspond any 86’d items to management as well as any other issues 
  • Cleanliness and organization of bar 
  • Make sure that opening and closing duties are being completed and standards are always met 
  • Communicates menu changes, specialty menus, Being aware of new bar items or cocktails

Ensure brand standards are maintained 

  • Ensure correct product is being used as specified by Beverage Director and on menu 
  • Relay any changes on menu to management and staff
  • Proper back bar and well placement of spirits  
  • Oversee preparation of cocktails, making sure the right measurements and ingredients are being used.
  • Cleanliness of all wells and organization
  • Making sure that all items prepared properly by prep
  • Help push staff incentive programs
  • Building rapport with guests in order to build our number of repeat customers  

Qualifications

  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities
  • Posses a diligent work ethic
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Full Service Dining Experience
  • Strong knowledge in cocktails, spirits and wine.
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 25 lbs
