We pride ourselves on our fast-paced culture and exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for high energy team players with a guest-first attitude who are eager to learn and pride themselves on providing exceptional guest experiences.
The Busser is a vital role for creating exceptional guest experiences. Bussers help the Server make sure every detail is taken care of. Bussers clear dirty flatware and glasses, assist with guest communication, and anticipate the needs of the guest to make sure the guest experience is seamless and exceptional.
Responsibilities
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and team member
Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need
Ability to have extensive knowledge on the beverages we offer on the menu and the mastery of the food menu in order to properly garnish and send out
Mechanical in execution uses organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
Ensuring that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele
Qualifications
Experience in fine dining preferred
Exhibit strong multitasking abilities
Posses a diligent work ethic
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
Experience in a Full Service Restaurant Preferred
Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 35lbs
