  • Working closely with our chefs and wider Food & Beverage team to support a smooth kitchen operation

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys being part of a busy kitchen team

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or within a busy kitchen environment
  • Supervisory, Team Leader or senior Kitchen Porter experience would be an advantage
  • Confidence organising, supporting and motivating a team
  • A good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safe working practices
  • Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety requirements
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise effectively during busy periods
  • A reliable and hardworking approach
  • Confidence working independently and using your initiative
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, flexible and hands-on attitude
