What You'll Do

• Learn the DHC Training Program and build real skills, not just tasks
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food with a positive attitude
• Work the line: prep, cook, and plate using proper safety and sanitation standards
• Run kitchen equipment (fryers, warmers, and more) the right way
• Keep the restaurant clean and guest-ready, from the dining room to the restrooms
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Communicate openly with your team and your managers
• Understand how your role affects the guest, the team, and the whole restaurant
• Follow food and cash control procedures and treat the restaurant's resources like they matter, because they do
• Show up wanting to be measured. We're performance-driven, and we want people who want to know how they're doing and want to get better

• At least 16 years old
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to bend and stoop and lift 50 - 75 lbs. comfortably
• Able to work in close quarters and around heat
  
• Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude while conducting any and all duties
  
• Commitment to guest satisfaction. Looks at Restaurant operations from the Guest's point of view
• Effective communicator with Teammates and the Restaurant Management Team
• Manages time well and shows up reliably
  

• Must have reliable transportation to work
  
• Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with Restaurant Management Team and Teammates
