Dish Washer (Available Any & All Shifts)

Summary:
This isn't another fast food job; we're on a mission to build something truly incredible in Wichita. The Dishwasher Team Member role is essential to the restaurant's success.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for our team and guests. This job offers abundant opportunity with a clear path from Team Member → Team Lead → Shift Lead → Assistant Restaurant Leader → Restaurant Leader → and beyond.  But you must prove you are willing to work hard with operational excellence in everything you are asked to do.

This job is intense and a lot of hard work, especially after the restaurant closes. If you're on the closing shift, you will be required to work after close until everything is done so the opening team is set up for success.  This means you may have to work 3 hours past close to get the job done and done right.  If you work the AM or afternoon shift, you will be required to stay ahead on washing all dishes to set up the store and support the closing dish shift. There will also be times when you will be asked to support other areas of the restaurant.  If you don't want to work hard or don't plan to wash every dish to health code standards, don't apply.

What You'll Do

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods.
• Support kitchen staff with cleaning and organizational tasks.

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Availability to work any shift (nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing)
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to bend and stoop and lift 50 - 75 lbs. comfortably
• Able to work in close quarters and around heat
• Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude while conducting any and all duties
• Commitment to guest satisfaction. Looks at Restaurant operations from the Guest's point of view
• Effective communicator with Teammates and the Restaurant Management Team
• Manages time well and shows up reliably

Transportation & Accessibility:

• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with Restaurant Management Team and Teammate
