Dish Washer (Available Any & All Shifts)

Pay: $14+/hour (depending on work experience & availability), plus more with tips (every tip given at the register is shared among all hourly workers)*.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for our team and guests. This job is intense and a lot of hard work, especially after the restaurant closes. If you're on the closing shift, you will be required to work after close until everything is done so the opening team is set up for success. This means you may have to work up to 3 hours past close (all paid time) to get the job done and done right. If you work the AM or afternoon shift, you will be required to stay ahead on washing all dishes to set up the store and support the closing dish shift. There will also be times when you will be asked to support other areas of the restaurant. We're looking for people who work hard and take pride in washing every dish to health code standards. What You'll Do:

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Clean fry baskets, sauce containers, and prep tools so the line never runs short
• Run the dish machine and three-compartment sink, and test sanitizer levels throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Sweep and mop floors as needed
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods
• Support kitchen staff with cleaning and organizational tasks

What We're Looking For:

• At least 18 years old
• Availability to work any shift (nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing)
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to bend and stoop and lift 25–40 lbs. comfortably
• Able to work in close quarters and around heat
• Strong attention to detail and food safety habits
• Positive, upbeat team player who takes pride in quality
• Commitment to guest satisfaction. Looks at restaurant operations from the guest's point of view
• Effective communicator with teammates and the restaurant management team
• Shows up on time and reliably for every scheduled shift

• Must have reliable transportation to work
