About Us
Following Daroco’s success in Paris with two restaurants; we are excited to be expanding into the UK and open our first site in London by October 2023. Located in the heart of Soho on Manette Street; Daroco will be a 119-cover restaurant with a downstairs bar and terrace space. We will be serving the best of Italian cuisine focusing on fresh pizza and pasta with a friendly service.
We are looking for a Reception & Events Manager to join our opening senior team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a great new restaurant project!
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the reservations system (SevenRooms) to ensure we are hitting capacity targets.
- Running host shifts during service and being a senior point of contact for the FOH team.
- In charge of relaying guest feedback via SevenRooms, phone & email to the right department.
- Looking after a small host team (ensuring all checklists, rotas and training is completed for your team).
- The point of contact for all event enquiries and large booking requests and liaising with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth operation.
- Ensuring the company’s health and safety policy is adhered to at all times.
