Bar Supervisor ***luxury bar in Mayfair, London***

We are looking for a full time Bar Supervisor. This position reports directly to Bar Assistant Manager and F&B Manager. 

Working pattern: shift work / 40 hours per week across 5 days with 2 days off

Salary: Up to £36,000 including service charge 

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the bar, serving drinks and a good knowledge of classic cocktails with a confident and outgoing personality. Someone with a strong ability to lead a shift and is a team player.  

As a Bar Supervisor you will:

  • welcome guests into the Bar in a warm and friendly manner.
  • train team members in describing all drinks on the menus and make recommendations to guests.
  • have a good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities and services available to our guests.
  • ensure the Bar is always kept clean, tidy and fully stocked and ready for service.
