We are looking for a Bartender to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone with previous bar experience within a hotel or luxury setting with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalised service to guests. This position reports into the Bar Manager and F&B Manager.

Location: The Chesterfield Mayfair, London

Employment type: Full-time/ 40 hours per week

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off 

Salary: £25.397 per annum + service charge

The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel part of Red Carnation Hotels is a four star boutique hotel based in the heart of exclusive Mayfair. Some of its features include 107 bedrooms as well as 7 different events spaces, a Butler’s Restaurant, a Terrace Bar and a Conservatory where we offer our guests a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and exquisite food and drink. 

Key Responsibilities of a Bartender:

  • Crafting exceptional cocktails and drinks while maintaining high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are always set to the highest standards and remain clean and well-organized.
  • Working across all areas of the bar, providing a smooth and efficient service throughout.
  • Preparing cocktails, drinks, and food service with precision and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrating a strong knowledge of the bar menu, providing expert recommendations, and tailoring drinks to guest preferences.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous bar experience in a Bartender role, ideally within a hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent service to guests.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • A proactive and friendly attitude with a focus on delivering personalized guest experiences.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
