We are looking for a  Food & Beverage Supervisor   to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone with previous experience within a 4 or 5 star hotel as a Senior/Head Waiter experience, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalised service to guests. This position reports into the  Food & Beverage  Manager.

Location: The Chesterfield Mayfair

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off 

Salary: £27,875.88 plus service charge

Key Responsibilities of a Food & Beverage Supervisor:

  • Ensure prompt and professional guest service by all team members.
  • Update and maintain the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Ensure the team are trained and adhere to the standards.
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues, management and kitchen staff to ensure prompt, professional, and efficient service at all times.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a  Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end dining setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Wine, Spirit and food knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering personalised and high-quality service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration with all departments.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
