Who are we?
Gibbet Hill Grill is at the forefront of the local food movement. We are one of the only restaurants in New England that has a produce farm on site. Gibbet Hill Grill is a family owned and operated business, part of the Webber Restaurant Group founded in 2004.
At Gibbet Hill Grill we love being a part of the local community.
We are a scratch kitchen where all items are prepared daily – during the growing season we highlight items from our farm at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA.
Our roots are grounded in conservation and we love using local companies whenever possible, we even have a few North Shore distillers who barrel spirits specifically for our restaurants.
The Position:
As a Bartender at Gibbet Hill Grill you are responsible for ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable experience. Whether it’s through a warm greeting upon arrival, assisting a guest with a beer or menu selection or having a drink ready for one of our regulars; you get to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each of our guests. A Bartender is responsible for preparing the bar for the shift, serving alcohol responsibly, educating our staff and guests on our beer and cocktail selections, cash handling and having fun!
Bartender candidates should have a minimum of 2 year bartending experience in a full-service, high volume restaurant. -Extensive craft cocktail, wine and beer knowledge a plus!
