As a Barback at Hawksmoor, you’ll be at the heart of the bar operation. This is a practical, fast-paced role where you’ll support the bartenders throughout service, helping keep the bar stocked, organised and running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in delivering great drinks and the warm, generous hospitality Hawksmoor is known for. - Support the bar team during service by keeping stations stocked, clean and organised
- Clean glassware, prepare garnishes, batch cocktails, support the bartenders
- Keep bar and back-of-house areas clean, safe and efficient
- Anticipate what the team needs during busy services and act quickly
- Work closely with bartenders and floor teams to support smooth service
Learn cocktail specs, bar service standards and product knowledge as part of a clear development path towards becoming a bartender.
- Ambitious and keen to progress into a bartender role
- Enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and being on your feet
- A reliable team player who takes pride in supporting others
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential
- Interested in drinks and eager to build cocktail, spirits, wine and beer knowledge
