Proudly holding an AA Rosette for culinary excellence, we serve modern European cuisine made with the best of fresh British ingredients, combining refined flavours with the warmth of a traditional pub setting. We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, drive innovation, and maintain the high standards that define our reputation. This is a rare chance to take creative control in a beloved, high-performing venue with a loyal local following. 

 

What we can offer you:

  • A basic salary of up to £53,000 and excellent tronc - could easily exceed estimates!
