Membership Sales Executive - Manchester based 

 

We are currently recruiting for a Greater Manchester based, dynamic and self-driven Membership Executive to join our growing team.  The focus of the role is to work proactively on membership acquisition in the Manchester market/ Northern powerhouse to introduce the Home Grown community and attract more members.  

 

Ideally, our new colleague will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a good understanding of the business world that can be applied to growing our membership community of entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders. Exposure to or experience within the Northern Powerhouse would also be beneficial. 

 

For this exciting role, we are looking for:

 

  • Proven track record in a corporate B2B sales environment.
  • A confident and reliable personality who is self- driven, with the ability to converse on a B2B level.
  • Self- motivated and driven, able to work productively, mainly from home, using initiative on best practices and following sales workflows. A full induction to our membership proposition and  processes will be provided at the club in London.  
  • Clear and consistent dialogue in line with the club’s core values, brand narrative and sales goals.
  • Ability to analyse data and research sales leads to identify potential new members.
  • Flexibility to travel to Home Grown in London occasionally for meetings, expenses paid    
  • Strong all round communication skills and a well-organised approach to work.
  • Flexibility to support other departments across the House to guarantee the best possible service to members and their guests.
  • A good networker with a keen eye to identify new business opportunities.
