Houston TX Hot Chicken is hiring line cooks for our Camelback location. Every meal we serve reflects the care, pace, and teamwork of the people in our kitchen. We’re looking for team members who take pride in preparing great food, work well under pressure, and want to help deliver a consistent experience for every guest.

Pay: $16–$20 per hour, plus $3 per hour in tips included on every paycheck.

• Prepare, bread, cook, and assemble menu items according to HHC recipes and portion standards.
• Use kitchen timers and follow cooking and holding procedures to serve fresh, high-quality food.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy shifts while checking each order before it leaves the kitchen.
• Follow food safety standards, including proper raw chicken handling, sanitation, and temperature controls.
• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Communicate with fellow kitchen team members and the front of house to keep orders moving.
• Assist with prep, stocking, opening, and closing duties.

• A dependable teammate who shows up ready to work and takes ownership of their station.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and cleanliness.
• The ability to stay focused and move with urgency in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to coaching.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
