We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team here at INKO NITO. Our Junior Sous Chef are passionate, hands on and inspiring, supporting the head chef to consistently deliver the highest quality dishes. You will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently encourage the rest of the team to do the same.

What We Look For 

Our ideal Junior Sous Chef embodies our values and the following: 

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, in a quality restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
  • Previous experience in Japanese cuisine (preferred but not required) 
  • Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
