About the Role..
We are seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets quality and energy. Our Assistant General Manager are enthusiastic and passionate have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.
Our ideal Assistant General Manager demonstrates:
- Experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager, in a highly dynamic restaurant
- A track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
- A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
