INKO NITO is an unconventional Japanese restaurant offering Robatayaki and sushi with Korean flavour influences. Relaxed, informal, and fun, INKO NITO is located in the heart of London’s Soho and is the perfect destination to enjoy a unique dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere and energy.
About the Role..
We are seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets quality and energy. Our Senior Chef de Partie are enthusiastic, passionate, and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.
Our ideal Senior Chef de Partie demonstrates:
- Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Great team player
- Previous experience in Asian cuisine (preferred but not required)
- A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
