About the Role… 

We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy, creative environment where fun meets flavour. Our chefs are curious, ambitious, and love working with top-quality ingredients to deliver dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. 

Our ideal Chef de Partie brings: 

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef ready to step up) in a dynamic, high-volume restaurant 
• A love for cooking over fire, bold flavours, and pushing the boundaries
• Knowledge of Japanese or Asian cuisine (preferred but not essential — we’ll teach you our way) 
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and progress within the kitchen brigade The ability to stay cool under pressure, with sharp attention to detail
