About the Role..
We are seeking a talented Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Commis Waiter/Waitress are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.
Our ideal Commis Waiter/Waitress demonstrates:
- Experience as a Commis Waiter/Waitress in a highly dynamic restaurant
- A track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
- A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
