Chef de Partie - INKO NITO Soho



INKO NITO is an unconventional Japanese restaurant offering robatayaki and sushi with Korean flavour influences. Relaxed, informal, and fun, INKO NITO is in the heart of London’s Soho and is the perfect destination to enjoy a unique dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere and energy.  

 


About the Role.. 

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie  to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO Soho. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Chef de Partie's are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment. 

 

 

Our ideal Chef de Partie

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, in a highly dynamic restaurant 
  • A track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team 
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential) 
  • A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
