About the Role..
We are seeking a talented Sushi Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Sushi Commis Chefs are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.
Our ideal Sushi Commis Chef demonstrates:
- Experience as a Sushi Commis Chef in a highly dynamic restaurant
- A track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service
- A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
