Kitchen Porter - INKO NITO
(Part time - 32 hours )
INKO NITO is an unconventional Japanese restaurant offering robatayaki and sushi with Korean flavour influences. Relaxed, informal, and fun, INKO NITO is in the heart of London’s Soho and is the perfect destination to enjoy a unique dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere and energy.
About the Role..
We are seeking a talented Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Kitchen Porters are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.
Our ideal Kitchen Porter demonstrates:
- Experience as a Kitchen Porter, in a highly dynamic restaurant
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
- A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
