Hi, I’m Luke, the operator of Jersey Mike’s Team Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens.
We are not building a typical sandwich shop.
We are building the most hospitable, cleanest, and most delicious Jersey Mike’s in the area — and we are looking for people who want to grow fast and help set that standard.

Pay & Total Earning Potential
Crew Members earn:
$15–$19 per hour base pay
Plus tips from the same tip pool as Shift Leaders
Tips are divided based on hours worked
Based on recent performance, tips often average approximately $5–$7 per hour, which means:
Total hourly earnings typically range from approximately $20–$26 per hour
Tips are not guaranteed and may vary by shift, hours worked, store volume, and overall performance. Actual earnings may be higher or lower in any given week.
Strong performers are prioritized for:
More hours
Raises
Training

What You’ll Do
As a Crew Member, you are the foundation of everything we do.
You will be trained to execute at a high level in three core areas:
Cleanliness. Operations. Hospitality.
These are not just “Jersey Mike’s standards.”
They are Team Mirasol Standards — intentionally set higher than average.
You will:
Prepare and serve food to Team Mirasol’s elevated standards
Maintain a spotless, organized, and professional store
Deliver warm, genuine, intentional hospitality to every guest
Work efficiently and calmly during busy shifts
Support your Shift Leader and teammates
Take coaching seriously and improve quickly
Treat the store like it’s your store

We are specifically hiring crew members who want to grow into Shift Leaders — fast.
This role is the entry point into our leadership pipeline:
Crew Member → Shift Leader → Assistant Manager
