Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) to facilitate effective communication.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and operational processes.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and hospitality trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
