We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of hospitality management. Fluency in Italian and English is essential to communicate effectively with international and local teams, guests, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control to optimize profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) to facilitate effective communication.
