Summary Description :

Lacoste is looking for someone to provide expert advice to our retail and corporate teams about our Enterprise Retail Planning (ERP) systems. This person will be responsible for managing all the software applications within Lacoste and helping to figure out what specific applications are needed to improve business operations.

This role will report to our Senior Director of IT and will oversee Back Office/ERP functions including business process configuration, data loads, integration, documentation, support and training to end users.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pilot and manage projects from the defined roadmap.
• Organize and facilitate project planning, project reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Maintain and improve upon a service orientated, customer focused IT function that supports ongoing operations that
drive efficiency, quality, customer service and growth.
• Assist in identifying, reproducing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of
project development and delivery.
• Establish yourself as the go-to person for information and answers to any questions regarding the systems.
• Collaborate with local and corporate team in identifying, planning, development, and implementation of systems that will
support the defined roadmap of the company.
• Engage with business partners and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize
competing business demands.
• Report team activities to Project Lead Teams and monitor and assess resources needed for all upcoming tasks.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of business and system analysis experience
• 2 years of experience in management (or functional management)
• Functional knowledge of ERP core business processes (e.g. order management, distribution/fulfillment, invoicing,
customers, procurement, inventory, HR, financial reporting, etc.) preferably in the Fashion Retail industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases.
• Must be available to occasionally work off-hours to support project activities and deployments.
• Additionally, the below is not required, but would be a huge plus:
o Fashion Retail Industry
o Collaboration with remote offshore/remote team
o French speaker
