Server Assistant

Lucky Cat Steak is a Korean-style American steakhouse inspired by Gordon Ramsay’s travels through Asia and the United States. The restaurant brings together premium cuts, robata wood-fire cooking, thoughtful sides, and an elevated wine and cocktail program in the heart of Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood.

We are looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Server Assistants to join the Lucky Cat Steak team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. Server Assistants play an essential role in supporting the front-of-house team and ensuring every aspect of service runs smoothly.

As a Server Assistant, you will work closely with Servers, Hosts, Managers, and the Culinary team to provide seamless and attentive service to our guests. You will help maintain the dining room, deliver food and beverages, clear and reset tables, and anticipate the needs of both guests and the service team.

• Support Servers in providing exceptional and attentive guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room throughout service.
• Assist with setting and resetting tables to Lucky Cat Steak standards.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the appropriate table accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with running beverages and other items to tables as needed.
• Clear plates, glassware, and other items throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and other front-of-house areas.
• Refill water and assist with other guest needs as directed by the Server or Manager.
• Assist Servers with table maintenance and service throughout the meal.
• Communicate effectively with Servers, Managers, Hosts, and Culinary team members.
• Assist with pre-service preparation, opening duties, closing duties, and side work.
• Help ensure the restaurant is properly stocked and prepared for each service.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift.
• Support the team during high-volume periods and assist wherever needed.
• Consistently uphold Lucky Cat Steak and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants’ standards of hospitality.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of the team and guests.
