Machiya is an all-day restaurant specialising in Japanese izakaya style food alongside robata charcoal grilled kushiyaki.
You will be part of a young and ambitious team with a love for Japanese food and culture, led by a talented executive chef who is looking to develop the right candidate into a senior role.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is not essential, however, a love of food and desire for progression is a must.
Shift patterns are variable up to 48 hours per week and we aim to accommodate all our team’s lives outside of work.
