Overview: 

• An amazing opportunity to the Maintenance team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Maintenance Assistant.  

• In this role you will maintain the hotel on a daily basis to ensure its effective running. This will include performing all basic maintenance tasks as requested by guests in room or by other hotel heads of department.

• You will coordinate and prioritise repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders.  

• You will check all work you have completed before signing it off as complete.

• You will ensure that you always adhere to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required. 

About You: 

• You must possessive current hotel maintenance experience. 

• Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures. 

• Understand the requirements for effective water management. 

• Have knowledge of Environmental EHO acknowledgment.   

• Able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks. 

• Understands basic housekeeping processes and procedures. 

• Works well with others and understands the value of teamwork.
