We are currently recruiting for an M&E Bartender for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner. 

Overview: 

  • Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at events and functions.
  • Set up and maintain event bars to the highest presentation and hygiene standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
  • Ensure accurate stock control and replenishment throughout events.
  • Follow all licensing, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Process beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Work closely with the Meetings & Events Operations team to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all bar areas before, during, and after events.
  • Support colleagues across the Food & Beverage department when required.

 About You: 

  • Previous bartending experience within a luxury hotel, events venue, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverages.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
