We are currently recruiting for an M&E Bartender for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner.
Overview:
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at events and functions.
- Set up and maintain event bars to the highest presentation and hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
- Ensure accurate stock control and replenishment throughout events.
- Follow all licensing, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
- Process beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
- Work closely with the Meetings & Events Operations team to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all bar areas before, during, and after events.
- Support colleagues across the Food & Beverage department when required.
About You:
- Previous bartending experience within a luxury hotel, events venue, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverages.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
