We are seeking a friendly, energetic  Maître d' ' to join our team in San Francisco. As the first point of contact, you’ll create a welcoming experience for guests, manage reservations, and help keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests

• Manage reservations and walk-in seating using our reservation system

• Provide accurate wait times and maintain an organized waitlist

• Answer phones, assist with takeout orders, and provide menu information

• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area

• Support servers and managers during peak times

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines per California law

Qualifications:

• Customer service or restaurant experience preferred (Host, Hostess, Greeter, Front Desk, Receptionist)

• Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills

• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
