POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking hardworking, attentive, and team-oriented Bussers to support our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Bussers work closely with servers and the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly through efficient table clearing, resetting, and guest assistance.
Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests.
Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and tableware throughout service.
Refill water glasses and assist in pouring water for guests promptly.
Ensure that dining areas remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times.
Support servers by delivering food, beverages, and other items to tables as needed.
Maintain organization at server stations and ensure readiness for service.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining room before and after shifts.
Monitor guest needs, refilling drinks, clearing plates, or offering assistance when appropriate.
Follow sanitation, safety, and company service standards at all times.
Respond promptly and safely to any emergency situations.
Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume service periods.
Assist with additional side work, cleaning, and special projects as assigned by Management.
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
Bussers may be required to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Attendance at all scheduled training sessions and team meetings is required.
Adherence to company policies, cleanliness, and grooming standards is mandatory.
Experience: Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or similar support role in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
