Scarlet Kitchen | Mawgan Porth, Cornwall


£12.71–£13.45 per hour with Performance Boost + share of hotel tips (around £1 per hour extra)

40 hours per week | 5 days out of 7 | Fixed 8-hour shifts

Shift patterns:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • 3:00pm – 11:00pm

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running at its best by:

  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and service-ready
  • Washing and maintaining kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils to the highest standards
  • Supporting our chefs during busy service periods
  • Receiving deliveries and keeping stock and storage areas organised
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Helping create a smooth, efficient kitchen where everyone can do their best work
We're looking for someone who is...
  • Positive, hardworking and dependable
  • Happy working as part of a supportive team
  • Calm and organised, even when things get busy
  • Proud of doing a great job, whatever the task
  • Keen to learn new skills and develop

Previous kitchen experience is helpful but isn't essential. We can teach the practical skills—we're looking for the right attitude.
