As our Valet Host, you'll be one of the first and last people guests meet, creating a seamless arrival and departure experience that reflects the warmth, care and understated luxury Scarlet is known for.

• Creating a memorable first impression with a warm, effortless and personalised welcome.
• Delivering a seamless valet experience, from carefully parking vehicles to having them ready for departure.
• Taking care of guests and their luggage, ensuring every arrival feels effortless.
• Supporting EV charging and ensuring vehicles are prepared with care and attention.
• Sharing your knowledge of the local area, offering thoughtful recommendations and insider tips.
• Maintaining beautifully presented arrival areas and pristine valet spaces.
• Working seamlessly with our wider team to create exceptional, considered guest experiences at every touchpoint.

You are:

• A naturally warm, welcoming personality with the confidence to connect with guests.
• Impeccably presented, professional and attentive to the smallest details.
• Organised, adaptable and composed, even when things get busy.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• A proactive team player who takes pride in going the extra mile.
• A confident driver with a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge or guest-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential. Above all, we're looking for the right attitude, personality and a natural flair for making people feel special.

• A permanent contract (30-40 hours, dependant on person and business needs)
