The Role

As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the restaurant, delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving operational excellence, and leading a passionate team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and outstanding service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing front-of-house team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
  • Support the General Manager in delivering the brand vision and maintaining Los Mochis’ exceptional reputation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing a world-class dining experience and handling any feedback or concerns with professionalism.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and budgets, while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring a people-focused culture.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reservations teams to maintain seamless service and operational excellence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Support marketing initiatives and engage with the local community to drive business growth.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or senior hospitality role in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
  • A passion for hospitality, exceptional service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach.
  • A commercial mindset, with experience in financial management, stock control, and cost efficiency.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
