We're proud to be home to Juno, our intimate, 6-seater Omakase offering a meticulously curated 15-course tasting menu crafted by our Executive Chef. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Lead by example on the restaurant floor, fostering a culture of excellence, positivity, and high performance.
• Assist in training, and mentoring a passionate team that upholds the Los Mochis standards of hospitality.
• Manage stock, monitor waste, and help maintain cost controls to support profitability.
• Help resolve guest feedback with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and growth-oriented workplace culture.

About You

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a high level restaurant is a bonus
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
• A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solutions-focused, proactive, and highly organised under pressure.
• Comfortable with restaurant management systems and POS platforms.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
