A strong understanding of wine is essential, as we are looking for someone who can confidently guide guests through our wine list and enhance their dining experience. 

Rate of Pay:

£12.21 per hour House Pay
£4.79 - £5.79 per hour Tronc
+ Excess Tronc
+ Credit Card Tips

Requirements:

·       Previous experience working within a fast-paced quality, restaurant

·       Solid wine knowledge and confidence in making wine recommendations to guests.

·       Impeccable attention to detail

·       Passionate about the hospitality industry

·       Full ownership in your role

·       Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn

·       Ability to maintain and follow standards

·       Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team

·       The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant

·       Proof of right to work/pre-settled or settled status in UK
