As Head Host, you will lead our front-of-house reception team and be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. You’ll manage the reservation system, coordinate guest flow throughout service, and work closely with the management and service teams to ensure smooth operations. You’ll also train, support, and motivate the reception team to deliver a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience.

Your role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. As the face of Los Mochis, you’ll embody our values of hospitality, authenticity, and excellence.

• Previous experience as a Head Receptionist or Senior Host/Hostess in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven leadership and team management abilities

• Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Fluent English (other languages are a plus!)

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-player mentality

• Ambition to learn, grow, and develop within a trend-setting restaurant group
