We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in Mexican cuisine, who understand bold flavours, fresh ingredients, and high-volume quality-driven service.
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in maintaining the standards, consistency, and creativity that define the Los Mochis experience. You will work closely with a highly skilled brigade and be supported by experienced senior chefs committed to your development and progression.

Key Responsibilities
• Running your section confidently during service
• Preparing and presenting dishes to consistently high standards
• Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive kitchen culture
• Working closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assisting with stock control, prep organisation, and mise en place
What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a
quality restaurant
• Strong experience with Mexican cuisine is essential
• Passion for fresh ingredients, flavour, and presentation
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
