Night Kitchen Porter – Los Mochis Notting Hill

Los Mochis Notting Hill is seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning team in the heart of Notting Hill.

As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for service each day. Working overnight, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across the kitchen, equipment, and back-of-house areas, supporting the chefs and wider team behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and back-of-house areas throughout the night
• Deep clean kitchen equipment, floors, storage areas, and work surfaces
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with waste management and recycling procedures
• Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Support chefs and kitchen team with basic tasks when required
• Prepare the kitchen for the following day’s service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred but not essential
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK
