Central Bookings Assistant

To help us on our mission, we are looking for a Bookings Assistant to join our fast-growing central bookings team.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Assist with all restaurant booking enquiries both over the phone and through our booking system,
• Be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with great customer service throughout,
• Ideally have previous experience with events and reservations as well as booking systems,
• And confidently manage their time well and have strong organisational skills.
