Role & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
  • To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policies
  • To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Rooms and Public Areas are met at all times
  • To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual:
    • To clean the hotel bedrooms and corridors and maintain our high standard
    • To keep all cupboards neat and presentable at all times
    • All cleaning materials to be used to the HHK’s specification
    • To report any maintenance faults
    • Follow the lost property procedure
    • To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety regulations
  • To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
  • To ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel
  • All other duties as required
