EMMA ASSISTANT THEATRE COORDINATOR TRAINEE

THE JOB:

Radisson Hotel Group will implement EMMA in its hotels, and we are looking for an Assistant Theatre Coordinator Trainee to assist the Theater Lead and Coordinator in the planning and scheduling of the implementations.

DURATION: 3 months, starting January/February 2020


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the Theatre Lead and Theatre Coordinator in managing the hotel implementations by coordinating tasks as needed for hotel communications, status reporting, data gathering, etc.
• Schedules On Property Implementation team members hotel assignments based on hotel complexity and data gathered.
• Schedules On Property Implementation teams travel and lodging
• Coordinates with Hotels support staff for training rooms, workstations and overall facility and staff readiness
• Assists with delivering communications to hotels
• Assists with weekly status updates, and following up on issues with Service Management

A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:

• has to be enrolled in a school program in order to be eligible for the internship
• has a sharp eye for detail and is very accurate and precise.
• has good excel, word and power point skills
• is fluent in English, both verbal and written
• must be able to prioritise and work within tight deadlines
• is trustworthy, has a high level of passion and integrity
• can work in Europe
